Meet the Artist

Elaine Hill is a Mississippi-based Artist who constantly strives to reflect her perspective in her work. As a painter, Elaine specializes in oils, acrylic, and watercolor.

Elaine received her Bachelors of Fine Art at Mississippi College. During her studies, she received the Alex Ettl Sculpture Award (2023) and the Samuel Marshall Gore Art Undergraduate Award (2025). Elaine received the 2024 Mississippi Art Colony Invitational Award, where she attended the week-long artist retreat working along side the returning member artists.

Elaine’s inspiration drives from the beauty viewed from landscapes and the people close in her life. Communicating those feelings throughout her work is a constant goal by incorporating vibrant colors and continuing to define her style.
